Delivery

Shipping costs

  • Standard delivery: free over €35.
  • Below €35: €2.90 in Europe, €4.90 to the United States and Canada.
  • Express option (DHL or USPS): €15.

Our rates are set in euros. If you are shopping in dollars, the amount is converted at the day's rate at checkout.

Where we ship

European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada.

Processing

Orders are picked and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours of payment (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Delivery times

  • Mainland France and Belgium: 7 to 12 business days.
  • Other European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 8 to 14 business days.
  • United States and Canada: 8 to 15 business days.

These times come on top of processing and count neither weekends nor public holidays.

Tracking

You get an email with your tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves. Tracking is also available from your account.

If your parcel is late

If your parcel runs more than 4 business days past the stated window, write to support@voltelan.com. We open an enquiry with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we ship a replacement at no cost.

Returns

Window

30 days from the day you receive your order.

Return postage

  • Europe: on us. Ask at support@voltelan.com and we send you a prepaid label.
  • United States and Canada: return postage is at your expense if you simply changed your mind. We cover it when the item is faulty or is not what you ordered.

Condition

Item as new, unworn, unwashed, original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refund

Issued within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and checking the item, to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Worn lingerie, pierced earrings, personalised items.

How to return

  1. Email support@voltelan.com with your order number and the reason.
  2. You get return instructions within 24 to 48 business hours, with a prepaid label if you are in Europe.
  3. Drop your parcel at a pickup point or post office.
  4. The refund is triggered within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

Right of withdrawal

Separately from these commercial terms, European customers keep the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Our 30 days are in addition to it, not instead of it.
