VoltÉlan Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, to the United States and Canada, and since July 2026 to more than two hundred other countries. Four destinations remain out of reach for want of a payment or shipping route: Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria.

Shipping fees

  • Europe: free standard shipping from EUR 35. Below that, EUR 2.90. DHL Express option: EUR 15.
  • United States and Canada: free standard shipping from EUR 35. Below that, EUR 4.90. USPS Express option: EUR 15.
  • Rest of the world: EUR 9.90 standard, EUR 16.90 tracked. Free shipping from EUR 35 does not apply to this zone.

Our prices are set in euros. Where we support your currency, prices are shown and charged in it, at the day's rate at the time of payment.

Order processing

Your order is picked and dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours of payment (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Delivery times

  • Mainland France and Belgium: 7 to 12 business days, tracking included.
  • Rest of the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 8 to 14 business days.
  • United States and Canada: 8 to 15 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days standard, 8 to 14 business days tracked.
  • DHL Express option (Europe): 4 to 7 business days.
  • USPS Express option (North America): 6 to 12 business days.

Every order ships with a tracking number, so you always know where your parcel is.

Order tracking

You receive an email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves. Tracking is also available from your customer account on voltelan.com.

If your parcel is late

If your parcel runs more than 4 business days past the stated window, write to support@voltelan.com. We open a carrier investigation and, where warranted, reship at no charge or refund you in full.

Customs and VAT

In Europe, all our prices include VAT and it is collected at checkout: no customs charges, no surprise on delivery within the European Union.

For the United States and Canada, any taxes due are calculated and shown at checkout.

Everywhere else outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes are not included in the price you pay on voltelan.com. Your country's customs may ask for a payment before releasing the parcel; it is payable by the recipient. Exemption thresholds vary enormously from one country to the next, so check with your own administration if your order runs over a hundred euros or so. If you are unsure about an amount you are being asked for, email support@voltelan.com before you pay.
