Where is my order?
You get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Allow 24 to 72 business hours for preparation, then 7 to 12 business days to France and Belgium, 8 to 15 business days to the United States and Canada.
How do I return an item?
Email us with your order number and we will send you the steps. Within Europe the prepaid return label is on us; from the United States and Canada return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
