Write to support@voltelan.com: in Europe we send you a prepaid label; everywhere else return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Refund within 5 to 7 business days of the parcel reaching us.

For hygiene reasons, worn lingerie, pierced earrings and personalised items cannot be returned. In the EU this 30-day window comes on top of your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Processing: 24 to 72 business hours. You get an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.

Standard shipping: free over €35 in Europe and North America (€2.90 below that in Europe, €4.90 to the United States and Canada). To the rest of the world, shipping costs €9.90, or €16.90 tracked.

  • Rest of Europe, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 8 to 14 business days

Gentle wash at 30 degrees or by hand, no tumble dryer, dry flat. Use a mesh bag for lingerie and delicate pieces.
