How to measure
- Bust: measure horizontally at the fullest point
- Waist: at the narrowest point
- Hips: at the widest point
- Foot: stand on a sheet of paper, draw round your foot, measure heel to toe

Our shoes follow European sizing. Between two sizes, take the <strong>larger one</strong>, especially if your feet are sensitive.

1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of A4 paper on the floor.
2. Trace the outline with a pencil held upright.
3. Measure heel to toe in centimetres.
4. Compare with the "Foot length" column above.
Between two sizes, size up. If it still does not fit, you have 30 days to return it, postage covered in Europe.

How do I pick my size? +
Our sizes are European. The conversion chart on every product page gives the US and UK equivalents. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
How long does delivery take? +
Dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours. 7 to 12 business days to France and Belgium, 8 to 14 days elsewhere in the EU. Free shipping over €35, €2.90 below that. DHL Express at €15 (4 to 7 days).
Can I return or exchange an item? +
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with the tags on. In Europe, returns are free: ask for a prepaid label at support@voltelan.com. Outside Europe, return postage is on you unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Refund within 5 to 7 business days.
How do I care for my item? +
Gentle wash at 30 degrees or by hand, no tumble dryer, dry flat. Use a mesh bag for lingerie and delicate pieces.
Is payment secure? +
Yes. Every transaction runs through 256-bit SSL encryption and 3-D Secure. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. No card details are stored on our servers.
