Our Story
VoltElan was born from a simple conviction: every woman deserves to feel beautiful, confident and comfortable in her clothes — without breaking the bank.
We are a team of passionate advocates for feminine fashion based in France, in Colmar. We are not a big retailer. We don't advertise on television. We don't sponsor celebrities. What we do is carefully select each piece for our catalog to answer one question: Will this piece make a woman smile in front of her mirror?
If the answer is yes, it goes into our collection. If the answer is "meh", it doesn't pass — regardless of the margin or current trend.
What Makes Us Different
A Selection, Not a Catalog
We don't sell 10,000 references. We select less than 300, carefully chosen. Each dress, each blouse, each jewel has been chosen because it brings something: a flattering cut, pleasant material, a detail that makes the difference. We test the products, we check the quality, we eliminate what doesn't keep its promises.
Fair Prices
No 10x margins like big brands. No -70% sales because the initial price was inflated. Our prices reflect the real value of the product — neither more nor less. You pay for the quality of the garment, not for a logo.

When you write to support@voltelan.com, it's a real person who answers you. Not a chatbot, not copy-paste. A person who understands that your order matters to you.
Our Values
Trust above all else. We want every woman who wears VoltElan to feel more self-assured. Not because the garment is "trendy", but because it really suits her.
Honesty. Our photos show the products as they are. Our descriptions are precise. If a product has a flaw, we signal it. Trust is built on transparency.
Sustainability. We prioritize natural materials (cotton, linen, silk) and careful finishes. Not because it's trendy to be "eco", but because a garment that lasts is a garment that makes sense.
Where Do Our Products Come From?
We work with a network of selected manufacturers, mainly in Asia and Europe. Each supplier is evaluated on three criteria: quality of materials, regularity of production, and respect for working conditions. We do not work with factories that do not respect their employees.
Each batch of products is checked before being offered for sale. Pieces that do not meet our standards are returned or discarded.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything to fix the situation. Exchange, refund, or simply a listening ear — we're here for you. You have 30 days to change your mind, without conditions and judgment.
