At VoltElan, quality is not a marketing argument. It's an obsession every day. Every piece you receive goes through a rigorous selection and inspection process.
How we select our products
Step 1: Research
Our fashion team follows European and international trends to identify pieces that combine style, comfort and quality. We receive hundreds of proposals each month — we retain less than 5%.
Step 2: Sampling
Before offering a product, we order samples. We touch them, wear them, wash them. If the fabric pills after washing, if the cut is not flattering, if the zipper sticks — the product is eliminated.
Step 3: Quality Control
Each production batch is inspected:
- Sewings: regular, solid, no loose threads
- Fabric: matches the sample in feel, weight and color
- Sizes: conforms to the displayed size guide
- Finishing: sturdy buttons, functional closures, clean hems
- Packaging: protective and neat
Step 4: Ongoing monitoring
We read every customer review. If a product receives recurring negative feedback, we remove it from sale. No product is above customer satisfaction.

We work with a limited number of partner suppliers. Each partner is selected based on:
- The consistency of quality over several orders
- Respect for production deadlines
- Working conditions (no child labor, decent wages)
- Able to provide textile compliance certificates

30 days satisfied or refunded. If the product does not meet your expectations, we offer an exchange or full refund. Return shipping is our charge in case of defect.
