Terms of sale - VoltÉlan

Article 1 - General

These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between VoltÉlan and its customers. Placing an order means accepting them in full.

Article 2 - Products and services

VoltÉlan sells women's fashion items: shoes, clothing and accessories. The main characteristics of each product are described on the site as precisely as we can.

Article 3 - Orders

3.1 Ordering

Orders are placed online on our website only. The checkout runs in several steps so you can review the contents of your order and its total price before confirming.

3.2 Order confirmation

The sale is final once VoltÉlan has sent the order confirmation and payment has been taken.

Article 4 - Prices and payment

4.1 Prices

Prices are set in euros, all taxes included. If you are shopping in another currency, the amount is converted at the day's rate at checkout. VoltÉlan may change its prices at any time; the price shown in the catalogue on the day you order is the one that applies.

4.2 Payment methods

Payment is made by card or any other method offered on the site. Your account is debited when the order is confirmed.

Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 Delivery area

We deliver to the address you give at checkout, within the countries we serve.

5.2 Delivery times

Delivery times given at checkout are estimates. VoltÉlan does its best to meet them but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its control.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

Under the applicable law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, with no reason to give and no penalty to pay. We extend this to 30 days as a commercial gesture.

Article 7 - Warranties

All our products carry the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, which allow you to return items delivered faulty or not as described.

Article 9 - Governing law

These terms of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
