- Bust: Measure horizontally at the fullest part
- Waist: At the narrowest point (slimmest part)
- Hips: At the widest point
- Foot: Place on a sheet of paper, trace, measure

Our shoes follow European sizing. Between two sizes, take the <strong>larger one</strong>, especially if your feet are sensitive.

1. Stand barefoot on a sheet of A4 paper on the floor.
2. Trace the outline with a pencil held upright.
3. Measure heel to toe in centimetres.
4. Compare with the "Foot length" column above.
Between two sizes, size up. If it still does not fit, returns are free within 30 days.

How do I pick my size? +
Our sizes are European. The conversion chart on every product page gives the US and UK equivalents. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
How long does delivery take? +
Dispatched within 48 business hours. 7 to 12 business days to France and Belgium, 8 to 14 days elsewhere in the EU. Free shipping over 35 €, 2,90 € below that. DHL Express at 15 € (4 to 7 days).
Can I return or exchange an item? +
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with the tags on. Returns are free: ask for a prepaid label at support@voltelan.com. Refund within 5 to 7 business days.
How do I care for my item? +
Gentle wash at 30 degrees or by hand, no tumble dryer, dry flat. Use a mesh bag for lingerie and delicate pieces.
Is payment secure? +
Yes. Every transaction runs through 256-bit SSL encryption and 3-D Secure. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. No card details are stored on our servers.
