Free shipping over €35
Spend more than €35 and standard shipping costs you nothing. Below that, it is charged at €2.90 in Europe and €4.90 in the United States and Canada. An express option is available at €15. The amount appears in your cart before payment — nothing shows up on the last screen.
Real delivery times
Orders leave our warehouse within 24 to 72 business hours. After that, allow 7 to 12 business days for mainland France and Belgium, 8 to 14 days for the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, and 8 to 15 days for the United States and Canada. Every order comes with a tracking number.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours. Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days in mainland France and Belgium, 8 to 14 days in the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, and 8 to 15 days in the United States and Canada. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.
What if my parcel is late?
If the parcel runs more than 4 business days past the announced window, write to support@voltelan.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, it is reshipped at no charge.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days after delivery. Contact customer service by email with your order number: return instructions are sent to you, and the refund is issued once the item arrives back.
