You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The item must be unworn, with its tags, in its original packaging. Write to support@voltelan.com: in Europe we send you a prepaid label; everywhere else return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Refund within 5 to 7 business days of the parcel reaching us.
For hygiene reasons, worn lingerie, pierced earrings and personalised items cannot be returned. In the EU this 30-day window comes on top of your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Standard shipping: free over $94 in Europe and North America ($5 below that in Europe, $8 to the United States and Canada). To the rest of the world, shipping costs $16, or $27 tracked.

Gentle wash at 30 degrees or by hand, no tumble dryer, dry flat. Use a mesh bag for lingerie and delicate pieces.
