Amounts are set in euros and converted into your currency at checkout. Free shipping starts at €59. Delivery times come on top of preparation time and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Preparation
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 working hours after payment is received.
Tracking
An e-mail with the tracking link is sent as soon as your order ships. It is also available in your account and on the order tracking page.
If your parcel is late
If your parcel is more than 4 working days past the announced time, write to support@voltelan.com. We open an inquiry with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we reship it at no cost.
Import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union (United States, Canada, Switzerland and other countries), customs duties and local taxes may be collected by the carrier on delivery. They are not included in the item price or the shipping cost and are paid by the recipient. No customs fees apply within the European Union.
Returns
Time limit
30 days from the day you receive your order.
Conditions
Item new, unworn, unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging. Exclusions: worn lingerie, pierced earrings, personalised items.
Return costs
Europe: free, with a prepaid label sent on request. United States and Canada: at your expense for a simple change of mind, at ours if the item is defective or does not match your order.
How it works
- E-mail support@voltelan.com with your order number and the reason.
- You receive return instructions within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Drop the parcel at a pick-up point or post office.
- The refund is issued within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and check the item, to your original payment method.
Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day withdrawal period under European law applies independently. Our 30 days are added to it, not substituted for it.
