1. Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string around the base of your finger, at the end of the day when it is at its widest.
2. Mark where the two ends meet, then measure the length in millimetres.
3. Find that value in the "Finger circumference" column.
Another way: measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits and read the "Diameter" column.
Between two sizes, go for the larger one.

You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The item must be unworn, with its tags, in its original packaging. Write to support@voltelan.com: in Europe we send you a prepaid label; everywhere else return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Refund within 5 to 7 business days of the parcel reaching us.
For hygiene reasons, worn lingerie, pierced earrings and personalised items cannot be returned. In the EU this 30-day window comes on top of your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Standard shipping: free over $95 in Europe and North America ($5 below that in Europe, $8 to the United States and Canada). To the rest of the world, shipping costs $16, or $27 tracked.

Can I return or exchange an item? +
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, with the tags on. In Europe, returns are free: ask for a prepaid label at support@voltelan.com. Outside Europe, return postage is on you unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered. Refund within 5 to 7 business days.
How do I care for my item? +
Gentle wash at 30 degrees or by hand, no tumble dryer, dry flat. Use a mesh bag for lingerie and delicate pieces.
