What you pay, and when

Free shipping over $95

Spend more than $95 and standard shipping costs you nothing. Below that, it is charged at $5 in Europe and $8 in the United States and Canada. An express option is available at $24. The amount appears in your cart before payment, nothing shows up on the last screen.

Real delivery times

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 to 72 business hours. After that, allow 7 to 12 business days for mainland France and Belgium, 8 to 14 days for the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, and 8 to 15 days for the United States and Canada. Every order comes with a tracking number.

What if my parcel is late?

If the parcel runs more than 4 business days past the announced window, write to support@voltelan.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, it is reshipped at no charge.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days after delivery. Contact customer service by email with your order number: return instructions are sent to you, and the refund is issued once the item arrives back.
