Women's cashmere sweaters

A VoltÉlan women's cashmere sweater is either pure cashmere or a cashmere blend whose percentage is written on the product page, never a "cashmere feel" with no number. The styles are by Lèmme, an Italian brand, and come as turtleneck, crew neck, V-neck and cable knit.

Cashmere is the down of the goat of the same name: finer than sheep's wool, it holds more heat at equal thickness and doesn't itch. It is hand washed in cold water, two or three times a season, and dried flat. The first pills that form where the fabric rubs are normal and come off with a comb.
