Four commitments, put in writing and kept on every order: secure payment, free delivery over $95, 30 days to return an item, and a catalogue chosen piece by piece. If one of them is not met, write to support@voltelan.com and you will get an answer within 24 to 48 business hours.

What these commitments mean for you

Secure payment. Payment goes through a PCI DSS level 1 certified provider, with 3D Secure on bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your card details never pass through our servers.

Free delivery over $95. This applies in Europe and North America. Below that, it is $5 in Europe and $8 to the United States and Canada. Our pieces ship straight from partner workshops: 5 to 8 business days in Europe, 8 to 14 to North America, after 24 to 72 hours of preparation. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships.

30-day returns. A prepaid label is free in Europe, with a full refund to the original payment method. The details are on the Shipping and returns page.

A short catalogue. The catalogue stays short and is renewed every season. Every model is sampled and worn before it goes online; the method is described in Our quality commitment.
