Our story

VoltÉlan came out of one simple conviction: every woman deserves to feel good-looking, confident and at ease in her clothes, without spending a fortune.

We are a small team that likes women's fashion. We are not a big chain. We do not run television ads. We do not sponsor celebrities. What we do is go through each piece in the catalogue with one question in mind: is this going to make a woman smile in front of her mirror?

If the answer is yes, it goes in. If the answer is a shrug, it does not, whatever the margin or the trend of the moment.

We do not fill a catalogue. We keep a short selection, chosen one by one. Every dress, every blouse, every piece of jewellery is there because it brings something: a flattering cut, a fabric that feels good, a detail that makes the difference.

No ten-times markup like the big brands. No 70 % off because the starting price was inflated. Our prices reflect what the product is actually worth, no more and no less. You pay for the garment, not for a logo.

Straight talk. Our photos show the products as they are. Our descriptions are precise. If a product has a weak point, we say so. Trust is built on being upfront.

Things that last. We lean towards natural fabrics (cotton, linen, silk) and clean finishing. Not because "eco" sells, but because a garment that lasts is a garment worth buying.

How we choose our products

Every brand and every piece is judged on three things: the quality of the materials, how consistent the production is, and respect for working conditions.

Before a piece goes into the catalogue, we order one ourselves to see it in the flesh. After that, your feedback decides: an item that disappoints more than once comes off the site, even if it sells well.

Our promise

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will do what we can to sort it out. Exchange, refund, or simply someone who listens. You have 30 days to change your mind, no conditions and no questions.
